Insurance plans we participate in:

We are providers for most PPO insurances. At the time of your first visit to our office, our experienced front office receptionist verifies your maternity benefits with your Health Plan. We confirm your annual and maternity deductibles, percentage of coverage, co-payments, and how much deductible has been satisfied. Our staff will explain to you in detail the cost of each procedure and the approximate amount that you would be responsible for. We do collect a certain portion of your deductible or co-insurance at the time of the visit. The claim is then submitted to your health plan as a courtesy from our office and on receipt of the Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company, we send you the bill for your final balance due. If your policy covers you 100%, we will then collect only your co-payment, if applicable.

Patients who do not have any insurance coverage or have a plan that will not cover their visit to our office are also welcome. Private pay patients get a 20% discount on our total bill and we accept most major credit cards and cash.  Our office does NOT accept checks.  You may call our office to get an estimated cost of your visit based on your medical needs.
